CANCELATION POLICY (LOW SEASON)

If, for any reason the reservation is cancelled 5 days or more prior to the check-in date, no cancellation fee will be applied and we will refund the deposit paid less bank charges. If the reservation is cancelled with less than 5 days prior to the check-in date, no refund will be made for the deposit. Premature departure of the stay, as originally booked and confirmed, will be fully charged.

CANCELATION POLICY HIGH SEASON (DECEMBER 01-MARCH 01)

If, for any reason the reservation is cancelled 7 days or more prior to the check-in date, the guest will have a credit equivalent to the deposit to use for the six month period following the original reservation dates. If, for any reason the reservation is cancelled 7 days or less prior to the check-in date, the deposit will not be refunded. Premature departure of the stay, as originally booked and confirmed, will be fully charged.

CANCELATION POLICY (Carnival, New Year’s Packages)

Cancellations made more than 1 month prior to arrival: the deposit can be refund less the bank charges.

Cancellations made less than 1 month prior to arrival: No refund will be made.

NO SHOW

No show is considered when the guest does not arrive on the expected arrival day. The room will be held until 11am the following morning at which time the reservation will be cancelled if no contact has been made by the guest and no refund will be made for the deposit.
